A stainless steel, 1981 DeLorean Sports Coupe — “THE Dream!”  I love the DeLorean’s Ital Designed body, its gullwing doors, its sleek, low slung appearance.  Everything about this car says “dream” to me.  I hope John DeLorean knows that his dream didn’t die forever when the DMC went under in 1983.  Like the new Pontiac commercial says, he deserves a national holiday, but he deserves it for everything he gave to the automotive world…not just the GTO!

I own a 1975 Bricklin SV-1 (color: Bricklin Safety Red).  While I am not going to claim that this is my “dream car”, it is unusual and somewhat rare.
   “The Brick” was before its time, incorporating many safety features, including side impact protection and an integral roll cage.  The gull wing doors represent the Brick’s most unusual feature.
